I've moved from RockBoxed iPods to this. Sound doesn't even compare IMHO

Correct but dont forget its an all in one DAP plus it has a Sabre DAC and it powers full size cans but to each his own

well its sounds like the headphone out impedance is ridiculously high on the iriver, not good for average iems etc.

this is pretty cool news. Iriver havent done anything exciting and cutting edge since
mid 2000s. Cowon pretty much took over that. But this looks cool. Wonder is hifi man 
had anything to do with motivating this project?
