Kind of new to this market. I need an external dac (to be used with a macbook) that has a small footprint. I've done some preliminary research and saw a couple of units, such as the HT streamer that fit the bill. It needs to be usb powered.
I do not need a portable amp as I already have one (a Larocco Diablo), just keep in mind I'll prob need an output->3.5mm cable for it.
Anyone recommendations? No budget, just hoping someone who has spent time with multiple units to chime in.
Edit: Anyone have experience with Audiophilleo products? The external power pack makes the most sense to me... Kind of like Vaunix Lab Bricks.
