Hi all,

I am thinking on getting ibasso's AM05 iems on near future and, considering they're fitted with a balanced cord, thinking in getting a portable DAC/Amp with balanced output. I am looking at S.M.L.S SAP-11or the FIIO Q1 Mark II.

Any thoughts or reviews of them are welcomed as well as other suggestions on the same price area.

I'd recommend checking out the iFi hip-dac...just got mine a week ago and have been extremely pleased so far. US$129, plus the Apple OTG cable if you're pairing with the iPhone. Plenty of reviews out there, and a thread on these forums.

what are the main differences between IFI Hip-Dac and the Fiio?
