So. I'm looking for a portable amp to help some AKG 142's reach their full potential. I might go LO method from my iPod or Evo (the only reason for the might is that I'm not sure the Evo can go that route). Anywho, better sound > louder. Been looking at the NuForce Icon Mobile (although that seems to be an unpopular option on HF), PA2V2, Fiio E5 or E7, headroom total airhead, and Headamp Pico Slim. I'm not a crazed audiophile (yet, the road is hard and narrow as a poor college student) so while I love good sound, I don't want to drop a fortune. Thanks in advance for any help
