It seems like everything I run through my Yamaha RX-V463 sounds great. Whether it's my Rockboxed IPOD, or my computer, or my SACD/DVD player, it has great, tight bass; detailed mids; and non-fatiguing highs. I know it's hard for a portable amp to compete with a home rig, but I only paid $250 for the RX-V463! I just spent 2x on a portable amp that can't keep up with the Yamaha. I've been looking at the Pico, Ray Samuels, IQube, and IBasso. For those of you who really like the sound of Yamaha receivers, do you have a portable amp that has the same sound signature? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
