I have a DX170 and it has plenty of power even on low gain to drive the IEM's i usually use. I purchased a pair of Rode NTH100's to use at home with the DX170 but it doesn't really have sufficient power to get the 100's loud enough. I am thinking of buying a Fiio's K3 as have found one at a bargain price of £70, will the K3 give me that extra power. Thanks

I would pick a used Chord Mojo OG for about 150 and never have to worry about source.

The mini tube amp from Woo Audio will be a good companion for the DX170

Hi
I bought an IfI idsd nano off ebay which came today but I am having issues playing music from the DX170. When I can get it to work the music sounds speeded up and sort of clipped. The unit works fine if I plug it straight in to my laptop and I listen to anything off a radio program/you tube . I am just having the issue with the DX170, not sure what I am doing wrong. The file I am trying to play is an MP3. I don't have any instructions in the box with the nano and have been trying to find you tube video tutorials but I cant find anything. I am assuming I have the drivers to use it on my laptop as it worked fine when plugged in to my laptop and I had a notification window to say that it was set up to use .

How are you connecting the DX170 to the nano?
