Hi I'm trying to connect an amp/dac to my Android Motorola pure edition by Micro USB male to USB 2.0 Female host OTG adapter cable but I can't make it work, I was watching some videos on youtube and reading some thread here but all post are from a couple years ago and they didn't work for me, anyone know maybe what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing? I have two (photos) different amps, the Centrance DACport HD and the Roland mobileUA that I would like to use, I appreciate any advice thanks!

Have you seen others use the same combinations successfully? Motorola like HTC might have some kind of customization on their OS that limits power output, kind of like what iOS5.x.x and iOS6.x.x did.
Try to switch off power saving mode if it's on, see if that works.
