Hey all,
I'm looking for a portable Amp/DAC combo for use with my Iphone (5). primarily for use with the AKG K702's. Price range is up to $500 but if there are cheap ~$200 level options i would like to know about those as well. Please let me know what you guys think would be best, thanks.

Would recommend you:
 
1. OPPO HA-2
2. Cayin C5D
3. Cayin C5 (AMP only).
 
Does your area allow you to test drive these products? I suggest you go test it for yourself as preference of sound is very individual.

I'm gonna be around Boston/NYC in the near future is there anyplace around there I can actually test these products? What kinda place should I be looking for like big bands or small shops? I usually do all this kinda shopping online.
