Is there a good tried-and-true portable dac/amp that's capable of outputting 4W of power? I was browsing amazon and saw this

iFi is a well known manufacturer on this forum. And, their products are well respected. The Amazon specifications do say 4000mW, but do not specify load. 
 
Very few headphones would require power that high. But, I expect it is capable.

Thank you for the reply. I'm glad to hear they're a reputable company. So is there a portable amp that can compete with the audeze deckard?
