Are there any stores in the Los Angeles area which allow one to try out IEMs. I don't want to blindly order one and not be happy with it...
I am mainly interested in comparing the Shure e2c to the Westone UM1 (even the er6 and er6i just to hear them). I probably have been annoying on this board trying to get more information about the two

. Yet, it is a must because I am short on cash.

I would like to write a detailed report on the UM1 if I am able to get my ears on a pair.

No, not at all

. I heard one guy on here that seemed to have tried on some IEMs in a what sounded like a mom-and-pop headphone shop. Either the store would specialize only in headphones, and would thus have a supply of different tips and a good few gallons of disinfectant.
