I'm planning to build an amp, and crossfeed is probably one of the main reasons why.. Its really sad, I'm unable to listen to a lot of records because of the Left / Right seperation, it just gets too annoying with headphones.. Most of it is like 70's stuff where the left/right effects seemed very popular.

Anyway, crossfeed, what are your opinions on crossfeed? Is it the best thing since powdered milk?

I don't find a problem with using headphones to listen to music recorded using good stereo miking techniques... and I don't feel the need for crossfeed when listening to music geared to headphones, like the Orb for instance. I do find it helps a lot when listening to jazz that was recorded between the mono era and the era of contemporary stereo recording.
