Hi, this is a very simple question. Don't think what you have, don't think what is better/best than these. Just choose between these two. Think it like you have no other option than choose to buy between these two headphones. Also plz give some reason about your choice. Thanks a lot for participating :) 1. Sennheiser HD 439 2. Why?
 
The 449 has a wider frequency response, higher sensitivity, and receives excellent reviews here:

I suggest the HD439's as they have a detachable cable and that seems to be the only advantage it has over the HD449. They're basically the same phone except the design. They probably use the same driver but I don't know that for sure. The HD439's also have cloth ear pads which is a plus.
