I just received a Second handed MKV

and i have one big problem

no matter i use with hotaudio 's bitperfect or ibasso 's D10
there is a pretty big hissssss sound
tried using two different headphone.. hd600 and dt-880 pro
same

but when i use the FUZE directly plug into the MKV ...
nothing happen..
so i tried
Fuze to D10 to MKV ( also dead silent..)

does this mean i can't use USB DAC with the MKV ?????

or is the MKV is broken??
is my D10 broken???

is my EARS broken??

this amp will hiss with lower impedance headphones like me es10,
but i tried my HD650 and there is no hiss whatsoever even at maximum volume.

and I used USB DAC as well (uDAC), so the problem is certainly isnt that..
try other USB port? FWIR some ports are noisier than the other or if u have an Ibasso D10, the logical choice would be to use optical or coaxial input instead of the USB..

i found the problem...
the hissing only happen when i plug my notebook to the AC power....
with DC power.. it seems fine..

about using DAC/amp with the MKV

should i turn the dac/amp 's volume up???
or just 80-70%?
