I was content with my ripping program (Easy CD-DA Extractor 4.8) for CD-to-FLAC, but then I realized I couldn't rewind or fast-forward in my songs. Also, I love the way iTunes lets you have compilations and whatnot. Is there a way to safely/efficiently oragnize my FLAC files like iTunes, and have them properly ripped so that they can be used 'normally'?

I used this to help me set up EAC, and then I used the Hydrogenaudio Wiki to set up the FLAC encoding.

I'm pretty new to this too though.
