Please recommend a clear top coat spray for AT A900 cups

a question about disassembaly: how did you get the blue cups completely seperated from the rest? ive taken my a900's apart before and i couldnt get them out. also the cord is in the way.



i'm afraid you have to unscrew the 3 screws that hold the driver in place, delsolder the wires from the driver (be very carefully when you do that), untie the knot in the cord, remove the cord. Then carefully pry the 'mounting arms' on both sides of the cup off. Only then can you remove the cup.

oof. maybe ill pass on this then. im gunna get that aluminum toolcase for my audio goods anyway so they should stay nice looking.
