Please listen to this amazing, awesome track..

At the beginning of the track, is it more bassy in the right phone and more vocal in the left ?... Please listen and comment. You will enjoy the song anyways, guaranteed!. I'm using my included Gel tips.

EDIT: Okay so I just used the monitors on opposite ears to check that this is not a problem with my ears, its not. So now its either the song or the fact that my SM3s are faulty.

Here is the mediafire MP3 (relatively high quality). It clearly shows the bass/vocal difference in each ear. It'll identify when I'm talking about. Please download and listen to it! I must know if there's something wrong with my SM3s..

I get that quite a bit with my TF10s. It should be about the recording. Try other songs and see if the problem's still present. If it is then it should be a problem with the IEM itself

Not sure at all, on my V2's it seems pretty central bass wise.

I use the Shure olive tips as per some recommendations on here and for me they provide an excellent fit and seal, I found the Complys that came with awful, the silicones are ok but with the Shures on they pretty much fit flush on my ear.
