I recently bought the SRM-1 and now I want to change the voltage from 100 to 240v.
So I desoldered the wires and connected blue to white and purple to the power switch and the fuse blew! The other wires are soldered on individual pins.

I can't promise I'm right, but from the schematic it appears that the white wire is connected to AC neutral internal to the transformer from the yellow wire. As a result, you'd have had white and blue grounded and purple 240V. So you put 240V on a 120V coil which doubled the current and blew the fuse (luckily - as otherwise your power supply voltage to the amp would have been double the normal PS voltage, probably frying stuff).

It looks like you should have connected purple to gray and connected blue to the power switch.

Again, I may be wrong, I have no experience with the amp in question, don't rely on me.

I take it your amp is different from the supplied schematic and does not have VS1?
