Could you suggest please what setting is best to use here in Foobar2000. By default the latecy is 50 ms, should I leave it like that, or change? I'm liking the card, so I thought I can make it sound optimal.

50ms should be fine for music listening. It really should not make any difference at all for your purposes, unless you set it to a ridiculously low or high value. Low latency settings are required for things like tracking a MIDI instrument, or using the computer as an effect unit in a live musical performance.

if you are encountering playback stuttering/lag/errors, raise the latency back up a bit... as Rempert stated, only listening to music = latency doesnt matter much

No, the playback is absolutely fine.
