Please Help Me Modify My Philips HE592 Earbuds to Fit Me

I have a pair of Philips (gemini) HE592 earbuds. They are a little too big for my ear. I can't wear them for much mor than a half hour before they hurt. They are great for gaming because they have great 3d sound imaging. Can any one help me modify the rubber ear pieces or tell me where I can get smaller ones. With the Sony EX71s I returned the small rubber ear pieces fit best. Here are some pictures to help you compare.

have seen a new design of these with a differing shape of the plastic ear tube, which tapers from the earpiece itself (more like a cone). looks like it would be more comfortable for smaller ears; don't know of anywhere you can buy them as replacement parts though :frowning2:
