The two pictures below are of the headbands of two different pairs of HD 800 S's. The first picture is a pair direct from Sennheiser, the second pair was purchased on eBay. Other than the difference in print, they seem identical. Additional pictures below the headband pictures feature the suspected counterfeit product on the right side. I'm unable to use qr-sennheiser.com to verify the QR code on the side of the box, but the boxes for both products appear identical as well. Any opinions are welcome.

Edit: For people who found this in their search to check legitimacy, it looks like these are in fact legitimate. This is apparently the newer version of Sennheiser's branding. I think it looks bad, but they have stated they are moving away from "overbranding" their products which is why the Sennheiser logo and text has been removed from the 1/4 inch jack. The head band also now correctly reflects that they are HD 800 S's. The serial numbers were only ~2000 count apart, which lead to my suspicion. After further research though, I found a picture from MKBHD's twitter that showed the new HD 820's have the same branding on the headband: https://twitter.com/mkbhd/status/1002562634691039232 (See the lower right image.)
