Check the channel mappings in the ASIO setup inside of Foobar. I had to play around with them a bit before mine would work.

Still does not work it says that its status is unavailable when I hover the cursor over those two and it says:
"Vendor: (Generic USB Audio) (usbaudio)
Location: USB Audio DAC
Status: Unavailable!

-> in use by other application?
-> 'MS GS Wavetable Synth' enabled?"
any guesses?

Look for other applications that could be using direct output... I have no idea what MS GS Wavetable Synth is, but look around for it, and exit out of other audio programs that you may have up. I know I had this error when I would try to play games or watch videos when Foobar was still in my dock.

THE ONLY REASON I USED CAP LOCK IN THE TITLE IS BECAUSE I WAS ANGRY THAT I HAD SPENT AN HOUR OR TWO JUST TRYING TO SET UP A DAMN DAC WITH ASIO4ALL. THE SAME REASON I'M USING CAPS RIGHT NOW.
I WAS NOT TRYING TO DRAW ATTENTION LIKE YOU TOLD ME I WAS ON AOL INSTANT MESSENGER A FEW MINUTES AGO.
SORRY
