Can i use the M^3 amp with the auzen x fi prelude DAC and still have a great system? Im worried that I need an independant DAC. Also, I have zero idea how I will connect the two to my Senn HD545 .. I have posted in the amp forum and no one will answer my questions ..

Use a mini to RCA cable to connect the M^3 to prelude. Then, you may need a 1/8" to 1/4" adaptor for your headphones, but it should work fine. You connect your headphones to the amp. See if you can set your prelude to line level and use the amp for volume control. Also, research certain solutions for bypassing Windows kmixer if you have Windows such as ASIO or Kernel streaming.

An external DAC would be a good way to boost quality, but an ALIEN DAC isn't going to beat it. Try what you've got, you may find that you like it.
