hey, could use some guidance in purchasing some IEMs.  any help would be appreciated
 
 
i'm looking to buy some IEMs with noise isolation and that will sound good without an amp.
 
I've heard the etymotic hf3's, but would like some with a more rich/exciting sound than those.
 
I listen to a lot of rock/alternative music (311, eve 6, sum41, blink 182, etc) and some rap.
 
I'm looking to spend around $200-$250
