[Abouna]

So I need some BT cans for work.  I bought the Photive BTH3 cans on a whim.  They sound plenty good enough for work.  2 Problems, they conked out after 1 day (won't take a charge!) and they don't fit that well.  Now I realize I probably just got a dud but the fit issue is bigger.  I don't have an unusually large head, but even fully expanded, these rest on the top of my head a bit too much and the pads are hot.
 
Any suggestions in my price range?
