I know this such a noob question but I am having trouble adding photos to a post. I have googled it and its still not working. I have the photos on my computer or on google drive. Is there a file size limit? I also don't see where my profile album is found.

Any help is appreciated.

When I add them with either "add attachment" or the image button in the editor they show up as icons that you can click on. Sometimes for a second I see add thumbnail or full image but it disappears quickly

you need to put the img tags in front and after the image url
