Hi. My much loved Sansa Clip+ is dead and I miss it a lot. I need a new player to listen podcasts at night.
 
The must have features I'm looking for are:
 
* Physical buttons (no touchscreen!)
* Automatic resume (when booting or at least when playing again the same file)
* Variable speed fast forward and rewind. It should be easy to advance inside episodes with a duration of several hours
 
The very welcome extras are:
 
* Long battery life
* Screen not too shiny
* Small form factor
* It would be great if it is a Rockbox supported device, but it won't matter much if it achieves the rest of the characteristics listed
 
I know I'm describing the Sansa Clip+ or the Sansa Clip Zip, but sadly the price of those is getting higher every day so it would be great to find a non discontinued product.
