ibasso DX50 costs about 280$ i can easily afford that if its way better than Fiio X3

If Ibasso DX50 doesn't made in China\Europe I can not use it since it doesn't match my country's currency and voltage

I've never bought anything from Fiio other than an E6, but The X3 UI leaves a lot to be desired.

Very true, but I am not going to hold them to that as the AK120's UI isn't exactly perfect either consider its price.

The DX50 charges via micro usb. Just plug it into any usb slot and it should work.

230$ for the DX50 + 30$ / 322$ for Fiio X3 (in my country)
So
DX50 is better in quality and the price is lower....
you think it will be good for my V moda m100's ?
I can charge it through USB to Wall plug "converter" safely ?

Yes. If the price of the DX50 is actually lower, I would definitely go for it.

You don't need a converter, any USB charger will work.
 
p.s. and yes definitely get the DX50 over the X3 especially when it is cheaper.
