Thanks, the 30Gig Zen Xtra's the exact one she really wants. Best Buy has it for $219 on their site, at that price, it's really hard to pass up. I think she's going to have to get used to the tag editing, but that's impossible to avoid with most any player.

If I may ask, why did you get rid of your Xtra?

Given their prices, I think she'd sooner benefit from the extra 10gigs of storage and scratch resistant (in case) that the Xtra has than the ogg support and 5 band paremetric EQ (over the supposed 4 band parametric of the Xtra).

TMC, thanks for clarification. It sounded like something happened with your Xtra that you decided to return it. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some sort of issue.
