OK guy's I officially have the room at the Comfort Inn for Sunday June 26. Here's the address of the hotel:

If you come in the main entrance you'll see the check-in desk straight ahead and small hall directly to the right. Down that hall there is a door that leads to a a flight of stairs. The meeting rooms are at the top of the stairs. I should be able to post signs otherwise you can just ask the front desk where the meeting rooms are. There will be free coffee available for anyone who wants it.

Start time of the meet will be around 10:30am or 11:00am. I will probably be there at 10am so feel free to show up anytime after that.

PM me with what you plan to bring and let me know if you need any directions. I will keep a listing of who is coming and what they are bringing at the bottom of this post.

That would be very cool the more people the better. As of now I think I'll be looking into conference/meeting rooms in hotels right off the PA turnpike to make it easy for everyone to get to.

List the gear thats going to be there. I may take the greyhound there. It would be about a $80 trip. Enough people and gear wind up there I may go.
