should I buy a definitive dap, I only care about sound quality, who is above the fiio x7 or Pioneer XDP-100R?

The interface isn't as slick, but... you said you only care about sound quality, so...
 
you should at least consider Questyle QP1/R

I would remain single pioneer and fiio x7 Questyle the QP1 costs too much.

Pioneer XDP-100R = $699
 
Questyle QP1 = $599  (QP1R = $899, but essentially the same DAP)

Prices will vary depending on your location and where you're purchasing from. For example, with me being in Canada and our dollar exchange is terrible currently, I was able to get the XDP-100R much cheaper from Japan (via eBay) than the X7 ($950 locally) and QP1R ($1100 within Canada). I could not get the X7 or QP1R cheaper on eBay. Ended up paying $700+ CDN for the XDP and couldn't be happier with it. I had the QP1R & X7 on my short list. I'm still keeping an eye on the eventual iBasso DX200.

better Questyle QP1 or fiio x7 with sound quality? I also look dx 200 but when it comes out?
