For some freaking reason the pot works backwards.
Any ideas as to why?

Thanx misterX you made my day so much easier.


Now for the serious bit. You'll have to rewire the pot to make it work normally.... Connect it as it should have been if you placed the pot on the other side.

since you are mounting everything on the back side of the board, the pins on the pot are being connected in reverse. you can reconnect the pot on the "right side" of the PCB or you can re-wire them like McKajVah suggested

he probably built so many amps that he wanted to see if he can build one without the pcb markings AND flipping the polarities. :)

I planned on wiring the pot the whole time.
There was a point to the whole thing.
I managed to cram 25 volt caps into a Serpac H65 case by trimming the board and placing all of the components on the wrong side.
Besides that the bottom of the amp looks very cool with the silkscreen showing through.
