Hey everyone, got a question...Pretty simple:

What is a good, agressive chip (DIP preferably) that will work with a PIEMTA (battery powered 18V, unbiased, currently using OPA2227) with no tweaking?

Thanks

For DIP-8, AD843, with perhaps AD845 on Gnd. You'll still have to BrownDog the 843.

That said, I haven't been able to make the AD843 work w/o pretty big offset in one channel, but I've just about concluded it's my cheap EVJ pot's tracking error at the low-to-zero position. That's just more evidence of how agrressive this chip is, though. I've also not tried it with its slightly slower sibling in Gnd - the AD845. That may help a lot.

Eh, I guess you could try the AD8620, 8066, or 823. You could also consider trying a different buffer, such as an LMH6321, though that would require some solder work on your part.
