I saw somethin on this that shows how they prepare for an eating contest. Apparently, he binges for about 3 weeks to stretch his stomach out. Then doesn't eat for 48 hours. And those with the least amount of abdominal fat, do the best because your stomach is able to stretch more when there is less fat in front of it.
