Aye,

Skylab gave me the idea, before i had both the TH and nano..
After looking through every nook and cranny in every type of shop you can imagine for some alternative..

I had to settle with the black plastic o ring thingys.

They actualy do work a charm, Its not going anywhere. feels so solid and secure. very nice feeling to my hands.

Rubber feet ontop hold it well sterdy, like being able to see the Dr.Samuels text ..

some black thick foam pads on the bottom for that tad extra protection.

''

O Rings.. great idea! where did you all get yours, at Home Depot or Lowes, in the plumbing section? I would like to get some.

Thanks

aye, id say any of those places you should be able to find them..
It's finding a suitable alternative thats the problem..

I also carved out some grooves into the foam pads on the bottom of the TH so now the o' rings sit flush without sticking out/catching on anything.
chuff'd to bits.

Ross1, your pic out of focus, it is not necessary to take it so close. We just like to see the rig but not the details of device.

Ross1, when you are taking close ups, use macro mode on your camera(the flower).

Haha, yeah, now they're all focused on the back of the pictures

Are you using a line out to your amp or headphone out? (does your DAP have line out?)

The iaudio X5 is well known for not having a very good line out, and it works better if you go through the headphone out.

i took a couple more pics, which seem to be slightly better. Erm..... I dunno, can i blame the camera for the pics instead of me?

looks like a C&C Box but it could also be a LDM+.
