I did the same thing. Bought a big metal gun case and am in the process of cutting spaces for all my stuff. It is really quite handy and pretty inexpensive. My case cost like $35 with lock and everything. I just haven't figured out the final arrangements yet.

The IC was one of my DIY projects a couple days ago.

iPod is in a Vaja iVod DJ case, with wheel protector.

Everything's burnin' in.....

I haven't really been able to judge them (delivered less than 2 hours ago), or the new portable amps in my sig. That said, I am liking the V-Moda remix and don't regret the purchase. I don't have the original Apple pods to compare to (sold a couple days ago with my 3rd Gen iPod). These are replacing those as my sleeping aid

I'll post something of them using the two portable amps here soon.

PS - try using the Remix with the pads and without, it does make a huge difference in sound warmth and bass extension. For some reason stocks don't matter, but the pads and drivers are way different.

There is a mod-trick on Remix too for the non faint of heart (it does void the warranty). PM me for more info.

iriver ihp120/h120 or ihp140/h140. Iriver had the change the name after some issues with HP. Why wav files and not rockbox with flac/wavpack?

because I never got around to figuring out how to use the rockbox. I was content with just wav and stock player.
