Yes, I'm running the rockbox firmware and loving it. Customizable while playing screen, playback support for mp3, ogg, wavpack, flac, wav, ac3 with more to come, faster boot up and shut down times, and even extended battery life. Plus with the press of an extra button during boot up you can still run the iRiver firmware.

A very similar set up to mine, though I use HD25s more often thesedays.

Might I ask why you're running your amp out the headphone port and not the line-out?

Because there is no difference between the two as far as I can hear and there is no rubber flap covering the headphone port that I have to pull back.

Some people reported a change in bass, didnt investigate it myself.

I chopped the flap off on mine, same with one covering the place for charging, that one was even more awkward. Nice wps screen too

Exactly, it's just a fairly generic silver mint tin cmoy that my iriver is sitting upon.
