I have never tested any of these closed cans and from my headphone store these are the ones recommended for traveling on the train each day
for isolation and quality of sound.

Since you're after isolation, I would go with the Brainwavz HM5 (or Fischer Audio FA003). They have excellent passive isolation. Alternatives include the Beyer DT770 and the AKG k550.
