You can put them where you put the regular fonts for the rest fo the programs, and system, in the fonts folder, as for download there are hundreds of free fonts available in the internet, just do a search....
is there someway that i can veiw fonts in photoshop whitout typing. eg. when i put my cursor over the name of a font it shows me what it looks like. Im using photoshop 3.0
If you are using Photoshop 3.0 then it's very doubtful. 3.0 was a version circa ~1997-8. CS2 previews them, but I know 7 didn't (which was my previous version).
HOWEVER, if you are using Photoshop ELEMENTS 3.0, then it should have font preview... just pull the font elector down and look at the 'Sample' text after the font's name.
If you are using PS 3.0 you really should look into updating your software.
yah im using photoshop elements 3.0. But when i pull down the font selecter and put my cursor over a font name it doesent show anything. Is there some sort of option I need to turn on or soething. And thanks for the the font sites.
