hey, is it a known problem? i just purchased philips shp9500. i use both my PC and smartphone to run them. due to my tinnitus problem, i use them on relatively low volume (like in normal speaking volume and under 85 decibel) (tinnitus can also appear from hearing music in when the volume is too loud), but i noticed that vocals are much quieter or way back, while the instruments are much louder and clearer. it's even worse when it's connected to my smartphone. i couldn't find info regarding this issue. is this a known problem of this model? do i need to "open" them or is it unnecessary in this case? thank you
