Well, I had the 6330 for about a week or so before I returned it. I don't know what it is, but nothing on the player would work correctly. The interface was slow. Music would not sync correctly using WMP. It worked the first time I drag n dropped it. But after that, it just sat there. The first two days, it was fine. The sound may not have been as clear or as loud as I wanted, but I was ok with it. Then by the third day it started to act up. It would shut down randomly and turn on randomly. Music began to disappear from it. I would try to resync it and still nothing. All the music was still on the player, it just disappeared when I tried to listen to it. It would have issues with starting up. It would skip for no reason and was just far too much trouble. I tried resyncing three times. I tried to add album art. I did everything I could to get the bloody thing to work and no go. I had hoped for it to be a great player, but it turned out to be a dud. Then after the sixth day or so, it wouldnt' even turn on. That was the last straw and I returned it. Traded it in for a Gigabeat F40. Haven't regretted that decision since.
I would heartily recommend the F40. It's on sale at Amazon for about 230 bucks. 40 gigs, plus a docking cradle and remote control for the player. It's a great great deal. People complain about the software, but I really see no problem with it. It's simple and works rather well.
