Phase switches??? Phase?

The change in phase switch really depends on teh source, which setting is better...

I think it switches those two wires that goes to the drivers controlling the magnetic field which controls the driver. Some sources have some weird phase invertion issues so phases should be inverted. The best sound is whatever is best from the source.

I think polarity follows.

I am not sure if any of that is right though, but it is what I understand it as to be (I'm guessing the chances of being right is 50%).

Phase is relative...one frequency, or waveform to another. Polarity is ABSOLUTE. A "phase" switch should actually be labeled a "POLARITY" switch, as it inverts POLARITY by 180 degrees at ALL frequencies (while "phase" relationships remain constant!)
