Hey Everyone,
I'm in need of some help.

I'm updating my rig from the ground up and am now in DAC territory. I mainly listen to my music from an iPod, so one route I can go is to buy an all-in-one component like the Peachtree iDac/iNova (preamp, amp, DAC, and iPod dock in one). However, I just purchased a Schiit Asgard for my LA2000s. I know Wadia Audio has a nice dock as well, and I have the added benefit of being only 20 minutes from their showroom, but they don't offer a dock with an integrated DAC, so I would still have to purchase one. As far as I'm concerned I have three options:

1.) Keep the Asgard, buy a nice DAC and LOD, and call it a day

2.) Keep the Asgard, buy a Wadia 170i, and get a nice budget DAC

3.) Return the Asgard and buy the iNova

What would get me the best performance?

I plan on going to Wadia's store over the weekend and will ask them as well, but I have a feeling they'll tell me stuff just to sell me something, so any insight here would be great
Thanks
