I use a Dell Axim X30, and will always prefer PPCs to Palms.

That being said, however, you will find the majority of free/cheap medical software is only available for Palm. Also, the vast majority of other MDs, RNs, and PharmDs you work with will also be using Palms. This is important to know when you are looking to swap files.

On the other hand, increasingly, more and more programs are being ported, or made specifically for PPCs.

Quite honestly, I don't think you can really screw this one up. Just get one with the features you want. You will notice a faster processor for many applications.

does anyone have the/a tungsten or ipaq? or any others i'm missing?
