Hello - just bought a nice Sennheiser PCX550, excelent overall features. My doubt here is during a phone conversation the headset was turining on the mute automatically when I was speaking what is was annoying, I have to unmute with the gesture/swiping every 30 seconds.
Wonder if this a feature that I can reset or what is driving the auto mute during my conversation. Notice I was on my home office where the environmnet was very quite.

Hmm I've never had that issue, there should be a factory reset feature. I'm guessing you're not accidentally touching the earcup during calls

hi cossix, tks for your reply, not touching the earcup, I don't have even long hair will try the reset somehow
