pci card with game port only?

Hmm I'm actually interested in this as well as I'd really like to kick back to some old school NBA Jam on my genesis emulator but my gamepad is gameport only. I looked for some Gameport->usb adapters but they're all in the UK, on ebay, and expensive.

Uhm... ahem... any old Ratshack should carry these. Got one for myself there (in my case the one on West Portal/SF) a couple of years ago, and it's still isted on the web: http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...ct%5Fid=26-164

What exactly do you want to do with the gameport, btw? Do you just want to connect standard joysticks - or do you have something special in mind like connecting the usual old gameport-to-midi adaptor? I haven't tried the latter, so I'm not sure whether that's supported - hence the question...
