paypal users - HELP!!!!!!

Only the recieving end charges the transfer fees, but paypal has their own sky-high exchange rates

Agreed. Don't get me wrong, I dislike their fees like everyone but once you get it set up, it is a HIGHLY versatile online purchasing tool.
