i noticed part source sticky under DIY section is not a sticky/not there anymore?

IMO part souce sticky is one of the most useful/important sticky under the DIY section, can someone bring it back?

It now has a sub forum of it's own entitled DIY Big List and Rules Section. Within there we have the Links Resource.
