Has anybody had any luck contacting Par-Metal lately? I've tried for 3 weeks by email without success...

I phoned them 2 days ago to order a case....so slow though!

Don't bother with email. That never seems to work. Just call them -- the telephone number is listed on their website.

I will try that, however it's a transatlantic call for me so naturally I'd have preferred email. If they didn't make such nice cases I wouldn't bother at all. Par-metals makes nice enclosures, but I would suggest avoiding customizing the enclosure. In other words, just order their standard parts. Communication is almost impossible when something goes wrong, even if you are lucky enough to get through via email.
