Hi everyone,
This is my first thread, so if I make a boo boo out of myself, my apologies.
Out of curiosity and in the name of experiment, I decided to dive in and custom the Lune MKIII series cable (3.5mm male to male connection) from Null Audio to pair it with my B&O H2 headphone. I'm still waiting for the cable at the moment.
Anyone who own this pair of headphone tried this pairing? Does the sound really open up in the high frequencies and is it over powering? My H2 sounds warm and I like to extend it with a fuller sound. As I've read, silver sounds bright and copper brings warmth (correct me if I'm wrong here). Also, how long does it take it burn in, if that make any sense? Below are my few set ups and all my sources are either ALAC or FLAC.
iPhone 6 > OPPO HA-2 > B&O H2 with Lune MKIII
iPhone 6 > Cayin C5 > B&O H2 with Lune MKIII
FiiO X1 > Cayin C5 > B&O H2 with Lune MKIII
AK Jr (RED) > B&O H2 with Lune MKIII
Feel free to comment and share your experiences.
Cheers!
