Can you guys take a look at this and see if you have any ideas? I am most curious about those of you who may have attached velour or some other cloth to an existing pad -- what is the best way to do this? I know some glues make cloth hard, and that would defeat the purpose (soft and fuzzy comfort).

Hey Dusty!
I'm not entirely sure I know what you're trying to do but I would imagine the to maintain flexibility you would need to attach at the edges of the roll and leave it loose across the face roll. Does that make sense?
Cheers!

Yeah, I think so -- you're saying don't use the glue where the pad is actually going to touch my head, just around the edges. Makes sense. Good advice. Tx.

Dusty- stop by a fabric store and ask them. There are glues made specially for fabrics that remain flexible when dry.
